If you email the board/management company and that requires a response and it isn’t already an agenda item, we will do our best to respond within 48 hours or the next business day if received on a weekend or holiday.

If your message is after business hours (9-5, M-F) AND is an emergency and extremely urgent, call Miller Management, 941-923-5811, and select 2.

PLEASE NOTE: Following an association meeting, correspondence to individuals with business or requests considered at that meeting will be sent, but depending upon requirements for research, etc., may take up to seven days. If you need immediate feedback, it is suggested that you attend the meeting in question. This is especially why submitting requests a week before a scheduled meeting is important to the process, so that, if possible, research can be done in advance of a meeting.

Unless an emergency, the board and committees cannot vote on items not on the agenda, and the agenda MUST BE POSTED 48 hours prior to a meeting by Florida statute. Please provide agenda items at least one week before a meeting.
